Marta Testi is co-founder and since 2020 Chief Executive Officer of ELITE | Euronext Group. She joined Borsa Italiana in 2003 with a thesis on the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to the growth of small and medium-sized companies. In 2007, following the merger with the London Stock Exchange, she held the position of Project Manager within the project to import AIM into Italy and in 2009, after the launch of AIM Italia, she assumed the role of Head of Partnership Continental Europe - Primary Markets of the London Stock Exchange Group with the aim of structuring and growing the business in synergy with corporate advisors to increase the attractiveness of the capital markets in Italy and Europe. In 2012 she was part of the group that designed, launched and implemented ELITE and in 2016, when the ELITE project became a company, she assumed responsibility for ELITE for Italy and Continental Europe, adding the role of Global Head of Product Management in 2018 before becoming the CEO in 2020. From April 2021, ELITE, part of the Borsa Italiana Group, becomes part of the Euronext Group. As of September 2025, Marta was appointed as Non Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Euronext Securities Milan.
Before joining Borsa Italiana, she gained various experiences in finance and insurance following her degree in Political Science at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Luca Pancaldi is a Senior Partner in McKinsey's Milan office and serves as Global Co-Leader and Europe Leader of the firm's Corporate and Investment Banking Practice. He also leads the firm's transformation work in the Mediterranean region. He advises leading institutions and companies on a wide range of topics, including strategy, growth, digital transformation, and risk management. Examples of his recent client work include the following:
-reducing back-office and non-commercial costs by more than 30 percent for a leading -telecommunication and media company
-designing, launching, and successfully executing a radical three-year transformation for two times EBITDA for a Mediterranean bank
-architecting, launching, and executing an ambitious advanced analytics multiyear program for a global insurance group
-defining the net-zero strategy for a leading domestic company
-designing and launching a fully digital product renting solution
-reviewing the three lines of defense and risk management framework for a European bank
-designing and supporting the execution of a three-year growth strategy and a new governance model for an international law firm
Before starting his professional career, Luca obtained a master’s degree in business administration and a degree in management engineering.

Mari N. Daskalantonakis is Chief Executive Officer at Grecotel Group of Companies and Managing Director at Grecotel S.A. In her role, she directs the largest & leading hospitality company in Greece with 40 hotels & resorts. She has held key roles over the past decades with the group ranging from corporate development to project management and real estate development. Her long-standing experience in the hospitality industry has established recognition for her opinion as a spokesperson for the sector amongst peers. She has successfully steered the Grecotel Group through the tough waters of the economic crisis and while simultaneously envisioning and executing several landmark hotel re-positioning projects. The Group, under her guidance, has won numerous awards for its excellent products, services and achievements in the tourism sector, while Grecotel recently completed radical renovations and extensions to luxurious hotel complexes in the Greek region and recently new investments, such as the recently opened iconic boutique hotel in Athens, THE DOLLI recognised as the #1 Best Hotel in Greece and selected as one of the Best Hotels in the World. Α visionary corporate leader, she has advocated for environmental sustainability. Having first established a Department of Environment and Culture for Grecotel in the early 1990s, Mari N. Daskalantonakis is a pioneer in the protection of nature. Following her vision and actions, the Group has spearheaded Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development in Greece. In this context, the Group has been internationally recognized numerous times both for its initiatives in conjunction with environmental organizations as well for its contribution to the development of the primary sector. Towards the latter directions the Agreco traditional farm in Crete with authentic gourmet food products and selected organic delicacies as well as herbal body care stands as a unique best practice case study. Mrs. Daskalantonakis is a graduate of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is married and has two children.

Dimitris Parthenis graduated from Athens University of Economics & Business with a degree in Business Administration. Between 2000 and 2017 he served first as a CFO and later as CEO in an Athens stock exchange-listed company, specializing in Data Center Infrastructure design and support. While in this position he also served as executive board member in several Group affiliates in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and Poland. He joined Theon Group in August 2017, acting as Chief Financial Officer in Theon SA (Greece) and, since August 2020, in THEON International Plc.

Rita Nabeiro is an Executive Board Member at Grupo Nabeiro,
where she leads the group's Human Resources and Sustainability
strategies and plays a key role in shaping its long-term vision and
culture. She is also CEO of Adega Mayor, the group's pioneering wine project, which she helped create and has led to national and international recognition through a distinctive combination of innovation, design, and sustainability. Since 2023, Rita has also served as President of Associação Coração Delta, advancing initiatives focused on education, social inclusion, and community wellbeing.
Deeply committed to responsible business leadership and sustainable
development, Rita Nabeiro is currently President of BCSD Portugal
– Business Council for Sustainable Development, where she works to
accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable economy through
corporate collaboration and public-private dialogue. Beyond her executive responsibilities, she contributes to several institutions dedicated to culture, social progress, and inclusive leadership.
She serves on the board of PWN Lisbon, promoting gender-balanced
leadership, and on the Governing Board of the Centro Cultural de
Belém, supporting strategic planning and cultural governance.
Graduated in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts
of the University of Lisbon, she brings creativity and clarity to her
approach to leadership.

Alessandro Boglione is CEO of BasicNet, the Turin-based fashion group behind globally recognised brands including Kappa, K-Way, Superga, Sebago, Briko, Woolrich, and Sundek. Born in 1988, he graduated in Economics from the University of Turin and earned a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Europe. He joined BasicNet in 2011 and has held several leadership roles across the group, including CEO of BasicItalia and K-Way, helping drive the company’s international expansion and retail development. In 2025, together with his brother Lorenzo, he assumed the leadership of BasicNet, completing the generational transition of the family-founded business.

Alessandra Migliaccio covers Western European economics and policy making for global news agency Bloomberg News. She has over 20 years experience in international journalism and media communication and spent 7 years as head of Bloomberg's Rome bureau providing economic, financial and political news to corporate clients, central bankers and financial institutions in 127 countries across the world. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she began her career at Dow Jones Newswires and then Class CNBC TV and has also worked at the Italian Finance Ministry and MTS bond market. Her articles have been published in a wide range of media from BusinessWeek to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and International Herald Tribune.

Luca Peyrano is Chief Executive Officer of Cerved since 2025.
A graduate in Economics from Bocconi University with an MBA from IMD, he began his career at Danone in 1997. He joined Borsa Italiana in 1999, where he rose to become Head of Equity Markets. He later served as Head of Continental Europe at London Stock Exchange Group and Chief Executive Officer of ELITE. Since 2020, he has been Managing Director of ION Analytics, and since 2022 Executive Chairman of Cedacri.

Rina Guerra is Head of ELITE Portugal at Euronext Group. She holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Porto, having completed the CFA programme in 2017. Since February 2022, she has held the Certificate in ESG Investing, issued by the CFA Institute. Rina has more than twenty years of experience in asset management and investment banking, having started her career in Private Equity and then at other financial institutions such as the Family Office of Mr Américo Amorim, Banco BIG and Banco Carregosa, in Portugal.  Between 2014 and 2019, Rina developed her professional career in Paris where she worked in the asset management area of European equity funds, with assets of €100 million under management, developing skills in stock-picking.

Fabrizio Testa is Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group, from November 2021 and joined the Managing Board of Euronext N.V. in May 2022. His appointment as CEO of Borsa Italiana coincided with his return to Italy, after spending more than 20 years in London. From 2014 to 2021 he held the position of CEO of MTS, the leading electronic market in Europe for trading fixed income securities. Mr Testa spent the first years of his career in the Milan and London branches of Bank of America, where he was part of the Treasury team responsible for trading government bonds. Before graduating in Economics and Finance at “Bocconi” University in Milan, Mr Testa served as a second lieutenant in the Italian Carabinieri army.

Nicola brings over 25 years of professional experience with one of the leading consulting firms in Italy and the USA, particularly in IPO Advisory, Deals Strategy, Strategic & Industrial Planning, Market & Business Analysis, Family Offices, ESG Value Creation, and has held global and EMEA responsibilities for deals in the Industrials & Services sector.
He has developed strong expertise across various industries, supporting major Corporate and Private Equity clients in M&A processes, IPOs, strategic and industrial planning, market analysis, and industrial and financial evaluations. Nicola holds a degree in Economics and Business from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from Essex University (UK). In recent years, he has attended several executive programs at INSEAD Business School, focusing on M&A and Corporate Strategy.
