She believes in a world where trusted data exchange is the key to unlocking new business models and reducing costs.
As an enabler of this, she is a strong advocate of data sovereignty, which gives people and organisations control over data they generate. Mariane has a wealth of experience in the domain of data sharing, both in public/private partnerships as well as helping individual organisations, and spearheaded the development of several data-sharing schemes.

She hold an International business lawyer with a Master's in European Law from Sweden, and a Master's in International Business & Trade Law, from the USA. A legal futurist working in the intersection between law, technology, and regulatory affairs within the telecom/IT law/Cloud industry, with solid experience in  Regulatory Compliance, AI Risks, and Data Privacy & Security. Tatiana is co-author of the book "The Humanization & The Law" published in 2022 by the Liquid Legal
Institute in Germany, and founding president of the IWIB Group, a business network for international women in business. Tatiana is a regular keynote speaker at the Annual Global Legal Skills Conference hosted in different law schools around the world."



Ammar Alkassar, Member of the Board at GovTech Campus Deutschland and Exceutive in Residence

He served as State Government Commissioner for Innovation and Strategy and State’s CIO until May 2022. He was responsible for the governments long-term strategy and was the main driver of its economic transformation.
Previously, Alkassar was founder and CEO of Sirrix AG security technologies before being appointed CEO at Germany's largest cybersecurity company Rohde&Schwarz Cybersecurity in 2015 after a successful exit.
Ammar studied computer science and electrical engineering at Saarland University and was senior researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence and the Stevens Institute of Technology. He was long-time board member of the German National NIS Association and director of the European Competence Center for IT Security.
